We utilize professional testing devices such as vernier calipers, spiral micrometers and zinc coat thickness gauges etc. To make sure the products meet customer requirements, Coronet has established a quality assurance department, strictly conduct raw material inspection, process control and end product examination.
Vernier caliperVernier calipers are gauges used to measure length, inner and outer diameter and depth. A Vernier caliper consists of a main scale and a vernier scale attached to the main scale. The vernier seems to be a whole unit from behind.
Spiral micrometerA spiral micrometer, also called as micrometer or micrometer screw gauge, is a gauge with greater measure accuracy than vernier caliper. It can measure the length to the nearest 0.01mm, with a measure range of several centimeters.
Zinc coat thickness gaugeWithout any loss of material, zinc coat thickness gauges can measure the thickness of the nonmagnetic coat (e.g. copper, aluminum, chrome, tantalum, rubber and paint) on magnetic metal base (e.g. iron, alloy and hard magnetic steel) and the non-conductive coat (e.g. tantalum, rubber, paint and plastic) on nonmagnetic metal base (e.g. copper, aluminum, zinc and tin).
